Dragon’s Milk Teams Up With Dungeons & Dragons for a Legendary Collaboration
New Holland Brewing taps into fantasy fandom with an immersive campaign that blurs the line between beer and storytelling.
When the team behind Dragon’s Milk, New Holland Brewing’s signature bourbon barrel-aged stout, announced a collaboration with Dungeons & Dragons, fans of both worlds immediately raised their glasses — and their twenty-sided dice.
The limited-edition beer, inspired by the fantasy lore of D&D, celebrates storytelling, adventure, and shared experience — values that mirror the ritual of craft beer culture itself. Each bottle features artwork drawn straight from the tabletop universe, and the launch included a custom campaign designed for beer lovers who play D&D.
“Dragon’s Milk has always been about transformation — about ordinary ingredients becoming something extraordinary,” said New Holland’s brewmaster. “That’s exactly what happens in D&D. It just made sense.”
The collab rolled out with exclusive events at select taprooms and local game shops, where guests could sip the stout while diving into campaigns written specifically for the release.
The result? A crossover that hits both the craft beer crowd and the geek culture community square in the sweet spot — and proves once again that the future of beer branding might just be storytelling.
